3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to access the App's features.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TechNext or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Book Summaries: The summaries provided are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not substitutes for reading the original books.

6. Content Disclaimer

The book summaries and recommendations provided through the App are generated using AI technology and curated content. While we strive for accuracy:

• Summaries may not capture all nuances of the original work
• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content
• Summaries are meant to complement, not replace, reading original books

7. Subscription and Payments

The App may offer free and premium features. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play Store policies

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
